I know you don't a supercomputer to play WoW, but this would really be perfect for MMOs.
Square-Enix would do well to release Final Fantasies on the iPhone with more polished graphics and a touch interface.
Well I definitely weeped playing MGS4 and Final Fantasy X. I've recently ordered Lost Odyssey, and I'm hoping that's equally as moving as the aforementioned titles.
I'm following the WWDC on Engadget.
Quotes from Bertrand Serlet (Senior Vice President of Software Engineering at Apple):
"What a big hole Microsoft has dug -- they're trying to get out of it with Windows 7."
"Even more complexity is present in Windows 7. The same old tech as Vista. Just another version of Vista."
So JOLLY1, don't talk to me about rehashed features and technologies. I couldn't say I'm a 'fanboi' of App...
-- wrong post --
Bitter about Vista are we?
Truth be told, I couldn't care less who 'won' E3. There should really be a restriction, or rather a rule on how many times articles can be submitted, that rehash the same news (lol), or opinions (articles for hits) on N4G.
On a side note, I bought an Xbox 360 from eBay just after E3 (two weeks old, jasper chipset, pristine condition), purely coincidentally though (Project Natal didn't interest me much tbh), and I'm enjoying it immensely. Btw, Bioshock is amazing (yes, i'm late to...
It's not a bad game by any means, infact it's actually very good.
What let me down was:
-Awkward animation in cutscenes
-A slight sense of repetitiveness
-Somewhat contrived scenarios
It deserves a solid 8/10, if not more. But let's face it, this is Edge.
Good, because I've just bought an Xbox 360 (not because of Natal though, it was on eBay for £150 + 6 games, and has the Jasper chipset). We've had enough of fads this generation to last us a lifetime.
I'm sorry but I don't like this man. He seems like the type of person who likes the smell of his own farts.
Speculation only leads to more speculation.
Sorry Tony P, I was referring to FF9. However, all your points make absolute sense.
As long as it's a good game, i don't particularly mind paying monthly fees. Although, fees on the PSN would go against Sony's ethos of not paying for online services. It'll be interesting to see what happens.
I think it's silly that more racing organisations don't jump on board. At the end of the day, it's promoting their sport, especially because it's reaching so many people.
I hope they support keyboard and mouse on the PS3 version, I couldn't see why they wouldn't.
UPDATE: I knew this reminded me of FFIX! The same guy is directing it.
I can see why FFXIII is a compilation of three games. I don't think we'll be seeing FFXV (a normal offline FF probably) for a while. Think of the gap between FFX and FFXII.
The new protagonist's name is 'Ezio Auditore de Firenze'
I'm sorry to nitpick, but I'm 99% sure that 'de' doesn't exist in the italian language, it should be 'di' instead.
EDIT: my bad, it does after all ^_^
I wonder if MS have broken even yet due to them lowering the price of the 360 so drastically and the RROD fiasco. Probably half of the 'shipped' figures are units that replaced the broken ones.
I own an iPhone 3G and an Aluminum MacBook, not a single regret.
"As for saying the Cell in the PS3 compiles data faster then the new i7? And how does this benefit gaming in anyway shape or form?"
Your ignorance is disturbing.
Faster real time data execution = better lighting, better physics, better A.I etc etc etc...
